More than
24 hours!!!
Our luck
has run out as far as always having good seas is concerned. Of course being up
here in this room is not helping the situation any. For the first time that I
am aware of Ken is even feeling a little green.
This ship
has been Rocking and Rolling for over twenty four hours.
The winds
are clocking in at 36 knots, force 8 and the waves are 12 feet plus. Lots of
people are sick. The number in the dining room was noticeably reduced. Even Pat
and Darwin were looking a little green.
We spent
the entire day in our cabin..horizontal. We did go down to dinner with the aid
of Gravol and Bonine. We still did not get dinner table mates. Perhaps they
were sick. Rui says he is obligated to wait one more night and then he will put
someone with us.
The show
with the dancers was cancelled because it was dangerous for them. We went to
the theatre to hear the comedian and we could not believe that the theatre had
hundreds of empty seats. That is the first time we have ever seen that.
The captain
says that we will probably be late docking in Costa Maya in the morning because
he will have to slow down because of the high seas. We have a Princess
excursion to a beach tomorrow so whenever we get there we will get there.
Nothing to worry about.
