On the Sea Again

We will be leaving here around eleven on Wednesday morning and our flight leaves YVR at 4:15
It seems like forever since we were on a cruise. It is a long time for us because we have not cruised since last January. The trip on the Rocky Mountaineer was our summer highlight.
But we are on our way again.

We have been here at least 4 other times but it is a beautiful place and the chance to travel with good friends again was just too wonderful to pass up.
Randy and Janeen and Fred and Mary are going with us or we are going with them. Either way it will be a wonderful holiday and a break from winter. Although I must say right here at Whispering Pine Meadows it has not been a bad winter. In fact my daffodils are already poking their leaves out of the ground.



 
 

I sure hope we do not get a bad freeze while we are gone. These little guys may not survive.

We are flying with West Jet and it leaves Vancouver at 4 pm. So we will drive into the city and leave the Jeep at Kerri's. We arrive in LA at seven and we have the shuttle reserved to take us to San Pedro. We are spending the night with Ken and Wendy Ard. They are gracious hosts and it is always grand to spend time with them. 

Thursday we will head for the Star Princess and our adventure will begin.
