Our trip to Vancouver turned out to be pretty wet. Fortunately it stopped before we got to the airport so we were not forced to sit in wet clothes. Hopefully it held off for Dave to drive home.

We has lounge vouchers so we were feeling assured that it would be a pleasant almost 3 hours once we got security clearance etc. A very nice young lady helped us do what was necessary. 

Made a discovery... if you are wearing a knee brace with stays you will set off the metal detector.

After we cleared custons we headed for a relaxing quiet time in the longue......Not to be so. The lounge closed at 10 and by the time we got there it was 10:45. That was a waste for sure.

The flight went well. I tried to sleep but had very little success. 

We arrived in Toronto at Pearson and made our way to the Plaza Premium Lounge. We were in luck this time. There was a lovely breakfast buffet and lots of room to just relax.

I tried to take some pictures with the bigger camera and it is misbehaving. I am so glad that I brought 2 cameras.

It is 9:23 Toronto time and we board at 1:30 so we have time to enjoy this lovely longue.
