Into Vancouver

Early to Vancouver

Because we have a card that gives us West Jet dollars they are our airline of choice.

Being on the West coast we have strange flight times and it is true again this time.
We leave Vancouver at 6:45 am and of course that means we have to be at the air port by 4:30am. That is not good but it is what it is.

Because of the early hour we have decided to go into Vancouver the night before and just get the shuttle to the airport.

We will drive into Vancouver around noon on Thursday January 17. We are booked to stay at the Abercorn Inn in Richmond. We will leave our car at Kerri's and take a taxi to the Inn. We have stayed here before and we quite like it. The units are large and bright and clean. They include breakfast but we will be in the air by the time they begin serving.

The room is very nice with a front room. We are looking at Costco but we do not plan to shop.
The first shuttle is at four and we have a wake up call for 3:30. It will be a short night and a very long day.
