Juneau

We did not have a tour scheduled because we wanted to do the tram. It is not a good excursion if the weather is not good and it would have cost 100 Canadian . We would purchase tickets on shore. Well it turned out to be a good plan. The clouds were low and the view at the top would not have been worth he cost. Perhaps it will be better on the way back.

We had a leisurely breakfast and left the ship just before ten. They told us that the balcony sprinklers would be tested at ten so it seemed like a good time to leave.
That turned out to be a good plan. The skies were gray and the clouds were low but it did not begin to sprinkle until we were almost back at the ship. We stayed dry.

While in Juneau we found a couple of really cute tees for Leo and Emmie, so that was good. We also bought them Xmas gifts so that was also very good.

We returned the ship and we had lunch in the Buffet which is not our usual but the dining rooms were closed and this ship does not have an international cafe so we had no choice.

After lunch we just relaxed, had a nap and then a nice long hot shower. It really made my shoulder feel better.

We went to see the Libby Riddles presentation after dinner... which was crab legs by the way.

The presentation was very interesting to say the least.
We finished the evening by having a mocha and a hot chocolate at the Patisserie.

We are in Skagway tomorrow ( Sunday)
