Glacier Bay

It was cold but the sun did shine making the views spectacular, unfortunately the glaceriers did not calf. We felt badly for the people who were here for the first time. But as I said it was a glorious day.

I shopped the big sale and got 2 new golf shirts for Ken.

Together we hid 2 more ducks , one in the towel rack and one over one of the Medalion information boards.

This afternoon there was a special service because of the death of Queen Elizabeth. It was very special and was tastefully done. Aaron did an amazing job. I guessed that there were about 100 people there. It was in the Vista Longue.

The service was at four and it lasted about an hour so it gave us lots of time to get to dinner. Everyone was there tonight.

Dinner was good and a lot of fun as usual. I was chilled from the day so decided to have hot chocolate with dinner. It was delicious.

When we came to our room in the afternoon we found that we had received a gift of candy from Princess. M&Ms.

The production show was Sweet Soul Music featuring the MOTOWN sound so of course we had to take that in. As usual it was high energy and it made us tired just watching.

When the show was over we decided to go to the International cafe and have a speciality coffee and we added some of our brandy.

With that we called it a busy day and a night. Bed was calling!

Tomorrow were are in Sitka.
